We gladly offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S. Orders totaling less than $75 will be shipped with a flat rate shipping charge of $5 per order within the U.S.

Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days and shipping time generally takes 3-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option at checkout. All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped.

Please note that Favorite People is closed on weekends and major holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Years Day, so orders will not leave our warehouse on those days.

We ship both domestically and internationally. International orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties and taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country at the time of purchase.

Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase.

From January 1, 2021, under new tax laws imposed by the UK's tax authority, all shipments destined for the United Kingdom valued at £135 or less will be required to ship DDP (duties paid in advance of shipment).

Please note Favorite People does not provide a prepaid return shipping label for international returns. Please mail your return back to the address listed in our returns center and your refund or exchange will be processed.

We hope you love your purchase almost as much as you love your favorite people. If you aren't completely satisfied with the style or fit, you can exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of ship date. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.

Returns will be subject to a $9 shipping and restocking fee. The fee will be waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Yes! To order an e-gift card, please click here. Gift cards will be sent as soon as the order is placed and expire one year from the purchase date.

We offer a gift wrap option at checkout for $5. We are proud of our gift wrapping at Favorite People, and the recipient is sure to love it! Each gift wrapped order includes your personalized note on a postcard and all items in the order will be pre-wrapped in a beautiful yet compostable gift wrap. This probably goes without saying, but gift wrap is final sale and non-refundable.

Worried about plastic? So are we. We proudly ship our orders in packaging that is fully curbside recyclable. Both the mailer and the label are made from 100% recycled content and are curbside recyclable so you don’t have to struggle with removing the label before tossing the mailer in the recycling bin.

Route is the leader in package protection. Favorite People is proud to partner with Route to provide protection from damage, loss or theft, which is why Route Package Protection will be added to your order by default. If you do not wish to protect your order with Route, simply opt out at checkout. Favorite People is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
